Come soar with us! The Headland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Headland Municipal Airport invites you to climb in and tour a number of different types of prop planes, jets, helicopters and more. Local pilots will take you up for a birds eye view. Cost varies depending upon the type of flight.

Headland Municipal Airport will soon see a new taxiway as part of a package of more than $25 million in Federal Aviation Administration grants.

The City of Headland hereby publishes a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program at Headland Municipal Airport for FY 2018-FY 2020.  The proposed goal is 7.69% for all FAA-AIP funded projects in FY 2018-FY 2020.  The methodology used in developing this goal is available for inspection during normal business hours at the administrative office of the Headland Municipal Airport, 230 Airport Drive, Headland, Alabama 36345, or at https://flyheadland.org/.
